During this time, she fell in love with analogue techniques, embracing the beauty of capturing light and movement with all their imperfections.

Her work has appeared in Vogue and People Magazine. Emmylou photographed at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024 and will return this year.
Weddings have taken her across Australia, Europe, Italy, the USA, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK. In 2027, she will be based in Australia while continuing to travel worldwide to capture love stories.
