I started TaleofScenes after my own wedding abroad, where I had a wedding content creator for the first time. That experience completely changed how I saw the day — the candid moments, the small details I would have missed, the content I actually wanted to share with people who weren't there. I came back to Hong Kong knowing this was something couples here needed, and I became the first to offer it.
What sets my work apart is understanding how Asian weddings actually move. The pace is different — from the morning gate crash and tea ceremony to a banquet that runs deep into the night, there are so many distinct moments packed into one day, each with its own energy and meaning. As the couple, you're pulled in every direction, and the truth is, so much of your own wedding passes by without you fully seeing it. I'm there to catch exactly those moments — the ones you were too busy, too emotional, or too present to notice yourself. I know when to anticipate, when to hold back, and how to move through family dynamics and cultural traditions with sensitivity and respect, so nothing gets missed.
In my first six months, I captured over 40 weddings and had the honour of collaborating with WedVibes at the DWP Congress. I believe a wedding day deserves more than just a final edit — it deserves to be felt in the moment, through content that's honest, intimate, and made for the way we actually share memories today. Whether you're planning a traditional Chinese banquet, a destination wedding overseas, or anything in between, I bring the same care and attention to every couple. Based in Hong Kong and available worldwide, TaleofScenes was built for couples who want their day documented the way it truly was.
