Brittany Turner Virgili, founder of Per Sempre Ceremonies and the very first Wed Vibes Celebrant worldwide, has been a registered Civil Marriage Celebrant in Australia since 2017. With a background in law, she brings a unique blend of elegance, professionalism, and a personable, relaxed style to every ceremony she officiates. A natural storyteller with a warm, calming presence, Brittany instantly puts couples and their guests at ease.  

Believing that planning a wedding should be as seamless and enjoyable as the day itself, Brittany guides couples every step of the way. She takes care of as much as possible behind the scenes, allowing them to focus on celebrating their love and fully enjoying their special day. Every ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to be “uniquely yours,” leaving couples and their loved ones feeling like she is a close friend.  

Beyond her work as a celebrant, Brittany is also the founder of Cin Cin Cam—a modern, elegant twist on the traditional wedding guestbook. “I understand the deep sentimental value of handwritten notes, but wedding cards already cover that,” she explains. “With Cin Cin Cam, using an iPhone and a champagne flute microphone, I subtly coordinate and record guests’ love notes during cocktail hour, then compile them into a mini rom-com for the couple to treasure forever.”
