Zoë is an internationally renowned teacher, author, and cake artist specializing in elegant and romantic wedding cakes, mainly inspired by fashion and florals. She has catered for celebrities, high society, and royal celebrations and has taught her techniques to students worldwide. Having spent over ten years in London, in 2017, she moved to Queensland, Australia, and has recently won both Australasian Wedding Cake Designer and Queensland Wedding Cake Designer of the Year twice in the last three years.
