Her unique approach to vegan cake artistry has garnered international acclaim. Today, Lisa works closely with Lake Como's leading wedding planners and venues, crafting exquisite plant-based cakes and desserts for visitors from around the world who come to celebrate and indulge in the essence of Italy's "Dolce vita.”

Her signature designs are created with a strong reference to nature using fresh florals or interpreting its beauty in the form of buttercream decorations. In Lisa’s opinion a cake should not only look stunning it also needs to satisfy your guests palette. Lisa loves experimenting and creating new, exciting flavors using organic and seasonal
ingredients.
