Hello! My name is Niloofar.
From a young age, I was captivated by the magic of baking—how simple ingredients could transform into something beautiful, delicious, and full of love. While I pursued my education in Chemistry, working toward my master’s degree, my heart always longed for the world of creativity and artistry.
As I studied the science behind reactions and formulas, I realized how deeply it connected to my true passion—baking. The precision, the chemistry, the balance—it all made sense in the kitchen just as much as it did in the lab! A few years after graduating, I finally listened to my heart and took the leap. I turned my love for baking into something real, something I could share with the world.
And so, Emma Cakery was born—named after the sweetest inspiration in my life, my daughter Emma. Every cake I create is made with love, science, and a sprinkle of dreams.
