V. Chapman is a Los Angeles-based boutique womenswear brand founded by Victoria Salisbury in 2018. The brand’s name combines Victoria’s first initial with her grandmother's maiden name, a meaningful tribute to her family’s heritage and creativity. Raised in Rolling Hills, California, Victoria was surrounded by artistry, learning to sew from her mother at an early age and developing a passion for creating dresses, particularly those meant for special occasions.

When founding V. Chapman, Victoria’s goal was to design unique pieces for life’s most magical moments, offering a blend of detail, structure, and femininity at an accessible price. Her designs evoke the charm of the past, infused with modern sensibilities.
