Nafsika Skourti is a Greek-Palestinian designer and the founder and creative force behind her eponymous label, which she co-founded alongside her sister, Stephanie Skourti, in 2014 from their home in Amman, Jordan. Since its launch, Nafsika Skourti has established itself as a pioneering Middle Eastern voice on the international luxury fashion space, with global stockists including Ounass, Harvey Nichols and Revolve.
A graduate of Central Saint Martins in Womenswear and Textiles, Nafsika began her career at Marchesa in New York before further refining her craft in haute couture embroidery and passementerie at École Lesage in Paris. Her work is defined by a distinctive balance of impeccable craftsmanship, contemporary silhouettes and innovative textile artistry.
Her design philosophy centres on creating pieces for women who are unafraid to cross boundaries, embrace individuality and reinterpret glamour on their own terms. This balance between glamour and anti-glamour, statement and subtlety, has become a defining characteristic of the NS aesthetic.
Her approach to wedding art is deeply personal and collaborative. Nafsika Skourti Bridal was developed through years of working closely with brides behind the scenes, translating their emotions, stories and unique requests into an official body of work that celebrates modern love. Alongside a bespoke bridal service offered from the NS atelier in Jordan, the brand also presents a ready-to-wear bridal collection designed to accompany every stage of a bride's journey. From wedding after-party dresses to gowns for the big day itself, the collection is curated with pieces for every type of bride, every type of wedding event and everything in between. At the heart of her bridal philosophy is the belief that every bride deserves to feel entirely herself, with each piece created as an intimate balance between timeless craftsmanship, contemporary design and personal expression.
