The Wedding Industry Masterclass arrived in Milan with a clear mission: give luxury wedding professionals the kind of education and community they spend their careers creating for others. It created a dynamic space for meaningful networking, where attendees could connect, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships.
Held at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan — one of the city’s most iconic addresses — it delivered on that promise from the first coffee of the morning to the last dance of the evening. As the official media partner, WedVibes was proud to be part of it and to join as one of the speakers.
The Speakers & the Topics
Seven speakers filled the day with substance. Vitoria Mariane of Blooming Eventi opened with a deep dive into luxury client experience and closed with a session on meaningful partnership — bookending the day with the human side of the business. Maddy Christina tackled high-end sales psychology. Silvia Galli of SposiamoVi made a compelling case for visual brand identity in the luxury world. Paolo Virciglio of Faccio IO walked the room through AI tools reshaping wedding marketing. Marianna Caravvata broke down the current social media algorithm with no fluff and real strategy. Roman Ivanov shared the entrepreneurial mindset behind building a high-end photography business. Leading Italian planners and photographers in one room, talking not as competitors but as collaborators — that is what made this day different.
Alina Krupenina, co-founder of WedVibes, unpacked one of the topics keeping the industry up at night. She talked about how to market luxury weddings to Gen Z couples, a generation entering the market with new expectations, new aesthetics, and a radically different way of choosing their vendors.
The discussions were sharp, honest, and practical — exactly what this industry needs more of. Questions ran long. Debates spilled into the corridors. The room was engaged.
Connections & Energy
Beyond the sessions, the masterclass created something harder to program but equally valuable: a genuine connection. Italy’s finest wedding professionals — planners, photographers, creatives — had a rare chance to meet, compare notes, and build relationships. The lunch networking session hummed with energy. The format worked because it was focused: one full day, one great venue, one clear purpose.
The Gala Dinner
After a full day of learning, the evening took a different register entirely. The Networking Gala Dinner at the Four Seasons was everything this crowd knows how to do — beautiful décor, great music, and eventually, dancing. People in the wedding industry spend their careers throwing parties for others. That night, they threw one for themselves. It was well deserved and genuinely joyful.
Thank You, Vitoria
A special note to Vitoria Mariane of Blooming Eventi, who conceived and organised the entire event. Bringing together this calibre of speakers, this venue, and this community takes real vision and real work. She pulled it off beautifully — and has created a format that clearly fills a gap in the professional landscape near Lake Como.
This is just the beginning. The Wedding Industry Masterclass will be back in 2027. “It will become a dedicated educational platform designed to support wedding professionals in scaling and growing their businesses through continuous learning, expert-led sessions, and a strong community,” shares Vitoria Mariane. And we will be there. See you in Milan!
