Some shoots feel like they carry their own heartbeat, and this one at Château de Creusette was one of them. Between the red brick walls, the soft patter of rain, and a team that worked like family, every frame had warmth in it. The atmosphere felt unhurried and intentional, allowing every detail to be noticed and every interaction to feel genuine.
Concept & Inspiration
The idea began with a wish to celebrate the people who stand with you — before, during, and after the “I do.” Valentina Denis Beauty, who took on both hairstyling and overall production, wanted to create something generational, with parents, grandparents, and children in the mix, but logistical constraints shaped the concept into something more intimate.
“It became about showing the importance of choosing vendors who will be there with you every step of the way,” she shared. Budgie Bandits, as both photographer and videographer, were part of bringing that vision to life, while planner Charlotte from Colibri Events supported the execution on the day.
The team leaned into a Mafioso-inspired aesthetic: black attire for everyone but the bride, white florals to mark the purity of the union, and a family portrait moment that felt like a dynasty gathering.
Location
Château de Creusette brought layers of charm. Recently restored with premium materials while preserving its historic essence, it’s both refined and welcoming. The château’s lift and accessibility features made it inclusive for all guests. Its red brick echoed Mediterranean warmth, bringing an Italian family vibe to the French Alps, even under a rainy sky.
Fashion & MUAH
The bride wore a gown from Anela Denisova Bridal, a designer close to Valentina’s heart. A polished yet romantic hairstyle was essential, and Valentina stayed by Alexandra’s side throughout the day to protect the look from the damp air.
Makeup by Clémence Bartolo played into the elegant mood, while black gowns for the bridesmaids and sharp suits for the groom’s party carried the theme. Accessories from PM Atelier and florals from Sweet Verveine added textural detail without stealing focus.
Love in the Air
As the rain eased, the couple exchanged rings in front of the château, framed by white blooms and the warm brick facade. Budgie Bandits captured it all, while Jessica Buchot’s behind-the-scenes shots revealed the tender, unplanned moments: sketches being drawn, quiet touches before the ceremony, and the easy laughter between vendors.
The Team That Felt Like Family
On set, there was no sense of hierarchy. Just a group of creatives working toward the same vision. From planners Colibri Events to the illustrator Croire en Couleurs, from the floral artistry to the tailored suits, every detail was touched by people who cared deeply about the result. The day ended with a sense that this wasn’t just a styled shoot, but a shared memory.
