Over time, their differences became their strength, balancing each other in a way that just worked.
When it came to their wedding, Kassie had a clear vision: “minimal but extra,” with a monochrome palette reflecting her personal style, while Thomas cared most about the venue, wanting an unmistakable Santorini backdrop. Their celebration embodied both personalities, blending sleek modern design with the charm of the island’s historic windmill, creating a wedding that felt entirely their own.

Kassie and Thomas kicked off their wedding festivities with a sunset cruise by Water Blue Yachting, giving their guests a chance to soak in Santorini’s breathtaking coastline before the big day. Dressed in effortless white swimwear, Kassie embraced the moment, diving straight into the Aegean while the golden hour cast a warm glow over the celebration. With music playing, champagne flowing, and the sun dipping behind the cliffs, the cruise set the perfect tone for the stylish and laid-back wedding that followed.

Bridal Morning
Kassie’s wedding morning was all about ease and understated elegance. She got ready in a private villa, surrounded by Santorini’s signature whitewashed walls and the soft morning light. Dressed in a breezy white linen set, she sipped champagne while taking in the breathtaking caldera views. With no rush, she moved through the morning with a sense of calm, adding the final touches to her look in front of a rustic mirror. Her hair, styled into a sleek low bun by Bella Hairstylist, set the foundation for a polished and modern bridal look, while Makeup Santorini Renia created a flawless, radiant finish.
Her dress was more than just an outfit—it was a vision brought to life. Designed by Jan Si Studios, the custom-made dress featured sheer pleated fabric, structured lines, and voluminous sleeves that added a high-fashion feel. “The ‘dress’ wasn’t my original dress,” Kassie shared. After a long search and a Pinterest dream that didn’t meet expectations, she found Jan Si Studios and collaborated on a design that was modern, bold, and undeniably her. She paired the look with metallic pointed-toe heels from Prada, complementing the sleek aesthetic. As she stepped into the sunlight, the sheer layers of the dress caught the breeze, making every movement feel weightless and ethereal.
Groom's Fashion
Thomas embraced a timeless yet modern look, wearing a white tuxedo jacket paired with tailored black trousers and a classic black bow tie. The crisp contrast of his suit complemented the wedding’s monochrome aesthetic, while a boutonniere of delicate white blooms added a subtle romantic touch. His polished black loafers and sleek styling gave the outfit a refined edge, effortlessly matching the sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere of the Santorini setting.
Ceremony
Set against the sea and mountains, Kassie and Thomas’s ceremony at was a masterclass in modern minimalism. Two oversized white arches framed the altar, creating a sleek yet dramatic backdrop against the endless blue of the Aegean. The floral arrangements by Bloom de Fleur Santorini featured an all-white palette of orchids, roses, and anthuriums, cascading from clear pedestals that seemed to disappear into the scene. Guests sat on minimalist white stools, enhancing the clean aesthetic, while the afternoon light bathed everything in a golden glow.
The ceremony itself felt intimate and personal, with vows exchanged under the soft ocean breeze. Kassie and Thomas chose to forgo many traditional wedding elements, keeping the focus on their moment together. As they sealed their vows with a kiss, guests showered them with white petals, capturing the joy and energy they wanted for their day. Instead of a formal exit, they lingered with their guests, celebrating with champagne and taking in the view before heading into the next part of the celebration.
"We loved the idea of the very old venue with the modern decor give it that juxtaposition, that we felt was very us as a couple, we are the complete opposites of each other but somehow it works perfectly."

Private Moment
Before heading to the reception, Kassie and Thomas took a moment away from the crowd for a private photo session, capturing the excitement of their first moments as newlyweds. With Santorini’s rugged cliffs and endless blue sky as their backdrop, they shared quiet laughter, lingering glances, and a few stolen kisses next to a classic white vintage car.
Moments to Keep Photography masterfully documented the raw emotion of these fleeting moments, using a mix of black-and-white and color photography to highlight both the cinematic feel and the vibrant energy of the day. The wedding party soon joined them, creating effortlessly stylish group shots.

Decor & Setting
The reception was a striking mix of sleek modernity and natural beauty. A custom serpentine table, designed just two weeks before the wedding, became the focal point of the space, winding elegantly along the cliffside and offering guests uninterrupted views of the caldera. Transparent ghost chairs kept the setup minimal while towering glass candles added a soft glow as the sun set. Overhead, oversized chandeliers with cascading crystals from Maison Trilogie brought a dramatic contrast to the rugged stone walls of the venue, embodying the couple’s “minimal but extra” vision.
"Our reception table brought the ‘extra’ – we had a serpentine table with beautiful chandeliers giving all the glam."

Reception
As the sun dipped lower over Santorini, guests transitioned into the cocktail hour, where the celebration truly began. A champagne tower took center stage, with Kassie pouring the first glasses, kicking off the evening in effortless style. With drinks in hand, guests shared the toasts, soaking in the stunning views while a live DJ from Santorini Events curated a laid-back yet upbeat soundtrack for the evening.
Before dinner, Kassie re-emerged in a second bridal look—an off-the-shoulder mini dress with voluminous ruffled sleeves that embraced her love for fashion-forward style. The shorter silhouette was made for dancing, a clear signal that the night was shifting into full party mode. Guests took their seats at the serpentine table, where an elegant dinner by Spicy Bites Catering was served under the glow of chandeliers. As the couple swayed through their first dance, surrounded by candlelight and clinking glasses, the atmosphere was intimate yet electric.
"The most memorable moment from the wedding day is our reception entrance. Me and Tom love a good party and to dance the night away, and we really wanted to set the tone for the night ahead!"
Kassie, the bride
With dinner finished, the night turned into a full-blown party, where the dance floor never emptied. The live saxophonist and percussionist from Irwan Easty brought an extra level of excitement, blending beats with live music as guests danced under the Santorini stars. The evening ended just as it started—unconventional, stylish, and filled with energy—proving that this wedding was never about tradition, but about celebrating love in a way that felt completely their own.
"It still gives me tingles thinking about it now."
