Pru and Christian met at the Mosley in Glenelg one night by chance and hit it off instantly. They had a fast-paced relationship and had 2 young boys together in 5 years.
The couple had a 13-month engagement, and planning was cruisy. They were too busy with young kids to care about the bells and whistles. Finally, these two tied the knot on November 18th, 2022, and wanted a “Garden Party” wedding at the beautiful Lost Phoenix Farm in Hindmarsh Valley in South Australia.
The happiness of the day radiates through the imagery captured by Dean Snushall. Enjoy all the pretty little moments and views.
Pru wanted a classical look for their big day to complement the classical dress. Her hair was up and out of her face with simple makeup. The boys wore black suits.
The couple was among the first to have a wedding at the beautiful Lost Phenix Farm. And the venue was the main source of inspiration, Lost Phoenix Farm is rustic and has a field of cows, beautiful greenery, and many natural features. The venue helped design the VISION, and little décor was needed.
Having two young boys as ring beares running down the aisles and screaming DAD also made the day beautifully unique.
The wedding was in November but the day was presented with wind and rain, which, as everyone promised – didn’t ruin the day!
The wedding seated 110 people, using rustic tables without tablecloths, scattered long-stemmed flowers, and sporadic candles.
Advice from the couple
• Do not sweat the small stuff; spend more money on things you care about (stationary and honeymoon for us) and less on things you don’t really care for (flowers).
